EN 18222:2026 Annex ZA — correspondence with Regulation (EU) 2024/1781
EN 18222:2026, EN 18219:2026 and EN 18216:2026 — together with EN 18220, EN 18221 and EN 18223 — were OJEU-cited by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/1736 of 14 July 2026 under Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 (ESPR). Annex ZA of EN 18222:2026 states that, once cited in the Official Journal, meeting the normative clauses named in its Table ZA.1 confers a presumption of conformity with the corresponding essential requirements of that Regulation — within the limits of the standard's scope.
That presumption is available to a conforming digital product passport, and, per Article 41(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1781, is limited to ESPR Articles 10 and 11. It is not, and has never been, a presumption for Norruva, this platform, or any Norruva product or service — the presumption attaches to a digital product passport found to meet a cited standard’s normative clauses, not to the platform that produces one, and no assessment of this platform against EN 18222:2026 has been performed. This page is designed to align with EN 18222:2026 and states, faithfully, which EN 18222 clause each ESPR essential requirement corresponds to — it makes no conformity claim of its own and makes no statement here about this platform’s build status against those clauses.
